The Client: Quilt
Quilt (acquired by Mass Mutual in 2018) helps young people get insurance coverage by making everything radically simple and tailored to their needs and lifestyle — unlike big, traditional insurance companies.
The Problem
Quilt needed to get an MVP website and product to market quickly in order to build a case for their business, and then iterate and improve upon it over time. They also needed helping testing the efficacy of paid marketing channels for early message testing and traction.
The Solution
We embedded with the Quilt team to help plan, design and build their mobile-first MVP site and insurance products. Our UX and visual design team designed a mobile user experience and product flow, while applying and extending their new brand identity along the way. Next, we defined, setup and managed their paid media campaigns across multiple channels to gather learnings, start acquiring customers and help set CPA projections for future planning and fundraising efforts. We continue to work with Quilt today, redesigning their v2 site and product experience as they integrate with new partners and add new product offerings.
