CSTMR Privacy Policy

Updated September, 25, 2018

As a marketing agency, it is important to us that we learn a bit about our visitors are and how they interact with us on the web. By visiting our website, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Personal Information

Information That You Choose to Provide: We receive and store any information that you may enter on our website or give us in any way. This information is used to enhance your experience on our website, to respond to your requests, to customize your experience and to communicate with you.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via forms, email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Automatic Information: Some information is received and stored automatically whenever you interact with us. “Cookies” are one example of this type of information. In Internet terms, a “cookie” is a text file that websites send to visiting computers/devices to identify the visiting computer/device. We also may use third-party website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics via Google Advertising Cookies and Anonymous Identifiers). These tools collect information about visitor traffic on our website and mobile applications.

Interest-Based Ads Policy

We may use third party ad-serving companies (like Facebook Ads, Google DoubleClick, AdWords, Bing Ads & more) to display interest-based advertising using information you make available to us when you interact with our websites, content or services. Interest-based ads, also sometimes referred to as personalized or targeted ads, are displayed to you based on information from activities such as visiting sites that contain our content or ads, or interacting with our website and services (through Remarketing with Google AdWords or Analytics, or Bing Ads Remarketing).

We may use cookies, web beacons (also known as action tags or single-pixel gifs), and other technologies (collectively, “cookies”). Cookies enable ad networks and advertisers like us to learn about what ads you see, what ads you click, and other actions you take on our website. This allows third party ad-serving companies to provide you with more useful and relevant ads. For example, if they know what ads you have been previously shown they can be careful not to show you those same ads repeatedly.

We do not provide any personal information to anyone (other advertisers or to the third party sites that display our interest-based ads). However, we, and other third parties (including the ad networks, ad-serving companies, and other service providers they may use) may assume that users who interact with or click on a personalized ad or content are part of the group that the ad or content is directed towards. By interacting with our ads you may provide us information about you (such as the sites where you have been shown ads or demographic information) from offline and online sources that may be used to provide you more relevant and useful advertising.

Opting Out

To opt out of the Google Analytics Advertising Features we use, please see Google Analytics’ currently available opt-outs for the web. To opt out of Google’s use of cookies, please visit Ads Settings. Alternatively, to opt out of AdWords or DoubleClick remarketing pixels, visit the DoubleClick opt-out page or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page. We never store credit card information – if payment information is requested, it would be handled and stored by a PCI-compliant third party service, such as Stripe, PayPal, or QuickBooks (Intuit).

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

If you feel that we are not abiding by this privacy policy, please contact us immediately at hello@cstmr.com.
